Laughter Yoga is exercise and breathing — and unconditional laughter. Hasya Yoga (Laughter Yoga) combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama). Everyone is welcome. You do not have to be happy to practice this joyful exercise but it can make you feel happier with practice. Instructor Claire Trivedi Brolin is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.

Contemplative Group
Sundays, 10 am, Hollin Hall Sun Porch
If you feel drawn to deepening your spiritual life through meditation, join the Contemplative Group. We come together informally for celebration, silence, and friendship. The sitting meditation begins with simple chants from different traditions. Selected readings are followed by a 20-minute period of silence, broken by song. Afterwards we have sharing and fellowship until the MVUC main service begins. Whatever your background and experience, you are welcome.
