Sunday, October 29. 1 – 2:30 p.m., Hollin Hall 1st Floor, Light lunch served

Join Rianna Moore as she talks about her brand-new book (co-authored by Rick Huntley and Carol Pierce) that looks at the intergroup relationship between White People and People of Color in this country by laying out our relational history and addressing the power imbalances and barriers that perpetuate institutionalized racism in the U.S. as a social system.

This session is a stand-alone event, but will also serve as an introduction to a six-session program during which we will read the book and then dialogue about our individual and collective experiences with racism in this country. The six sessions will be co-facilitated by Sue Ries Lamb and Rev. Dr. Kate Walker.

Please RSVP to Sue Lamb at by Saturday, October 21.

Childcare provided if requested by October 21.
