On this Memorial Day weekend we’ll recommit ourselves to civility and rebuilding a covenant of trust. We’ll honor those who have died in combat. Weather permitting, the service will be held in the boxwood garden.

The world is not always a good place. What do you do when you find yourself face to face with evil? How do you handle it? How do you keep yourself balanced and strong? How do you help the world keep its balance too? Our eighth graders share their thoughts on how to stay strong in the face of evil.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Listen and learn how this simple idea has been the heartbeat of many peoples and faiths around our planet. Can this golden ideal still guide us
with current topics of immigration and gay marriage? A multigenerational service, with special presentations by our children, youth, and adult choir. Beautiful music illuminates our exploration.
Special collection will be taken for Alexandria Neighborhood Health Services.
