Ebony: ” … I don’t know which one I’m more excited about – the preaching or the adult spiritual development workshops!”

Ebony will be with us for 6 Sundays (3 in July and 3 in August) and will also be sharing five different adult faith formation/spiritual practices workshops online (dates will be announced.)

More information about Ebony’s sermons will be coming soon!   Topics of the 5 workshops will be:

  1. How to Pray: Rediscovering Prayer from a UU Perspective
  2. Nurturing a Healthy Spirituality: Creating a Path towards Spiritual Wellness
  3. Living into the 8th Principle: Reconsidering Land Acknowledgment
  4. Living into the 8th Principle: How to Deconstruct Racism, One Headline at a Time
  5. The Call to Live Into Our Calling: An Intergenerational Exploration of Careers and Meaning-making (aligned with her award-winning sermon ‘Unopened Gifts: The Call to Live into our Calling’)

Ebony preached about Article II  at MVUC last August. We look forward to sharing a warm and gracious MVUC welcome back with Ebony this summer! To say ‘hi’ and welcome her, she can be reached at and meet her (again) in person on the Hill in July and August!
