Gratitude for the Negative

We often tell ourselves when something horrible happens that it happened for a reason. We sometimes seek meaning in disasters. We often take criticism too seriously and discount praise. How we process negative events in life comes from how we view the world and whether we can use gratitude as a way to cope.

The sermon introduction notes the music was specially selected for the sermon. The music titles are provided to assist with context.
