Rituals for Our Journeys–Day of the Dead and Samhain
Date/Time: Thursday, January 1, 12:00am
The Mexican holiday for the Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) offers an opportunity to remember and pray for loved ones to help them along their spiritual journeys. Samhain (sow-en) is a time when the veil between the worlds is thinnest. You are invited to bring photos of your beloved dead to place on a communal altar (ofrenda) to participate in this blend of rituals honoring this time of year.
