The words bully or bullying tend to shut adolescents down. They neither want to see themselves as bullies, nor to be seen as a victim. This creates a challenge for adults trying to facilitate conversations around such an important topic. Today’s conversation will focus on radical kindness as a way to build positive relationships among adolescents.
